It seems like a day can't pass here without some whiner trying to set their fans on someone because they think their OC got 'stolen'. Now while there are certainly legitimate cases of this, what I've mostly observed are people crying that having the same hairstyle, or species, or ear shape means they MUST have been copied. It's even more ridiculous when they are fancharacters of a race in which MANY of the fandom OCs have similar features, or when the 'copied' OC is a clone of an official character in the first place.
